How to make a conference call from Chalmers desk telephone

Make a conference call from ERICSSON Dialog 4223 telephone (Chalmers)

  1. Lift the handset and turn on the teleconference instrument (konftel 60W)
  2. Dial the first number, wait for answer
  3. Press ‘Inquiry’ or ‘Line 2′
  4.  Dial the second number, wait for answer
  5. Press ‘3′ for teleconference
  6. Press ‘inquiry’ or ‘Line 2′ to add more number (display: Conference Leader)
  7. Call the third number, wait for answer
  8. Press ‘3′ for joining the conference
  9. —-> repeat the procedure no 6 to 8 if you want to add more party. You can include up to 7 conference members.

How to make a Doodle?

  • Go to www.doodle.ccom
  • Click on Schedule Event -> Create Poll
  • Type in the title, e.g. AGS EB Conference Call
  • Add a short description of the reason for the event, time, place or any other key information (you can also add to and edit this text later if you wish)
  • Fill in your name and position
  • Fill in your e-mail address
  • Click ‘next’
  • Add all the available dates (or time) to the calendar
  • Finish
  • You will get two links sent to you by e-mail:
  • - one that you use to make changes and
    - one that you should send out to the participants you wish to invite to your event, explaining what people should do to fill in the poll
