How to make a Doodle?
- Go to www.doodle.ccom
- Click on Schedule Event -> Create Poll
- Type in the title, e.g. AGS EB Conference Call
- Add a short description of the reason for the event, time, place or any other key information (you can also add to and edit this text later if you wish)
- Fill in your name and position
- Fill in your e-mail address
- Click ‘next’
- Add all the available dates (or time) to the calendar
- Finish
- You will get two links sent to you by e-mail:
- one that you use to make changes and
- one that you should send out to the participants you wish to invite to your event, explaining what people should do to fill in the poll
